Once you have booked and Paid for your closet...
HERE'S WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Please allow 24 hours to get entered into our system after booking

Go to your app store and search Ricochet GO

Enter therefindcloset as the store name (case sensitive)

Your username is your e-mail address
-
Your password is Changeme123! (case sensitive)

Once you log in, please enter all of your information and CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
*Troubleshooting... sometimes login gives people trouble at first. if you are finding yourself having issues getting into the app for the first time, please make sure you are doing the following:

everything is case sensitive!

check the spelling of 'refind' in the store name!

If all else fails, send me an email (refindcloset3@gmail.com) for a password reset, or use the forgot password link
Adding items into inventory:
When in the app, you need 3 things to save each item!
. Product Description (Including Size)
2. Picture of the item for back-end purposes. (Wait until the photo populates before swiping, or it will not save)
3. Price
That's it! No need to fill out any other fields.

Pro Tip: A well-organized and aesthetically pleasing closet attracts more buyers! Try to curate your closet to have a cohesive feel! Don't "set it and forget it!" You will make more $$ the more attention you pay to your mini boutique!

Refresh as You Sell – You can update your closet with new pieces anytime. Just remember:

There’s a max of 25/40 hangers per closet. Once a hanging item sells, it can be replaced with a new item!

New pieces must be added to the app to ensure you get paid. Untagged/unadded items will not be sold.

Closing Out – Your rental period ends the Friday 2 weeks after your setup day, come in between 5:30 + 6:30 to clear out your closet. Want to book again? We’d love to have you, pending availability!
Fun Fact: Thursdays and Fridays are discount days—you set the discount! We believe in giving you full control while helping you find buyers. You'll receive an email the day before to opt-in to the sale with your choice of discount.
