Rental Agreement with The Refind Closet

  • The Refind Closet reserves the right to refuse to sell any items in your booth for any reason. (Common reasons: quality (dirty, holes, not in new condition), lingerie or undergarments, or items that do not align with the vision and beliefs of our store (inappropriate, offensive, or contains vulgar language)

  • Appointments may only be rescheduled up end of business Wednesday prior to your appointment date and time. If you miss your appointment time for dropping off and setting up your booth and other arrangements are not made with The Refind Closet directly, your closet rental fee will be forfeited.

    • Due to our reservation policy, please note that closet rentals are final. Your date can be moved up to 3 days before your reservation, but can’t be refunded. Thank you for understanding.

  • Due to space limitations, if your items are not collected by Thursday after your pickup day, your items will be donated.

  • The Refind Closet is not responsible for items marked as “in inventory” that are not in store. Please only add items that are in store currently. When refreshing your closet, you can add items day of refresh and we can just print those tickets!

  • The Refind Closet does not guarantee any amount of sales during your booth rental period.

  • If a tag falls off or an item is left behind, we will do the best we can to figure out who it belongs to using your photo and description in the app, so please be as clear as possible. If the item can't be located in our system, it will not be sold to the customer.

  • Please do not bring “fakes”, "1:1 items" or “dupes” to pass off as designer. If you have a purse or item that has been authenticated, please include the paperwork printed in the bag/ with the item

  • The Refind Closet is not responsible for any damages, theft, or otherwise misplaced items placed for sale in booths during your rental period. Please talk with the owner about any items priced higher than $100 before placing them into your closet.

  • Your percentage of sales will be paid out to you via Zelle/Venmo upon pickup. An itemized payout will be available in the app at all times!

  • Please do not bring your own hangers, The Refind Closet is not responsible for them or ensuring that they get back to you.

 

By Booking and paying for your closet you agree to the rental agreement and its terms.
