How do I set up and take-down my closet, and what’s included?

We provide the essentials: hangers, tags, and pricing stickers—all based on your pre-loaded inventory!Closet Set-Up:Let's get this party started! Closet set-up is on your designated and booked Saturday. You will need to arrive between 9 and 10 to setup. *This should take about 45 minutes to an hour at mostDon't be late! Doors open at 11:00 AM for customers, so make sure your booth is ready to rock by 10:45 AM. Plan accordingly!We've got you covered. The Refind Closet will provide Sellers with all the essentials: All of your hangers, bins/bags for small items, tags, your inventory stickers, "s" hooks, and pricing guns!
Closet Take-Down:Friday night feels. Pickup of unsold items is between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your designated Friday pickup day.  Party's over. Doors close to customers at 6:00 PM on Fridays.Need a hand? We offer Bagging Service
If you would like your unsold items bagged and ready for pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
*There is a $15 fee for this service, which includes bagging and temporary storage.Don't forget your stuff. Sellers have one month from their pickup date to collect their unsold items and receive their payout.
- Due to limited storage space, items and payouts not claimed within the specified timeframes will follow the policies below.
- After three months, any unclaimed payout will automatically be converted to Consigner Credit only.

Can I rent my closet for longer than two weeks?

Love your space? Closets may be renewed for one additional rental period, pending availability. After two consecutive rental periods, sellers must take at least a one month break to keep the store feeling fresh and curated and allow other sellers the opportunity to sell!

The Refind Closet takes just 25%, and you keep the rest! The best part? You set the prices, giving you full control over your earnings! Say goodbye to hauling bins of clothes and shoes only to leave with $10 or giving away 40% of your profit to consignment stores!Consigner Credit BonusSellers may choose to receive their payout as Consigner Credit instead of a cash payout.When choosing store credit, a 20% bonus will be added to the balance.Example: A $100 payout becomes $120 in store credit.

What items are accepted for sale in my closet?

Sell your men’s, women’s, and teen clothing, shoes, accessories, and small home decor.  Please be mindful of seasons. People tend to shop for the season we are in. If it's summer, please don't bring long sleeves and jackets, if it's winter, please don't bring short sleeves or sundresses, etc.While we accept all items, please note that children’s clothing tends to sell less frequently. Just be sure everything is in good or great condition with no stains or holes, odors from smoking or pets! Please bring your items to setup already clean and steamed. Remember, this is an upscale consignment store, not a garage sale. Please refrain from bringing heavily used items. Curated closets that look nice and presentable do best!
